A click of the camera shutter, a single picture, and a kind, embracing smile can change the world one pixel at a time. This episode of Out People series introduces the internationally renowned photographer Leslie Kee. Through his Out In Japan project, Leslie invited thousands of LGBT people in Japan to come out in front of his camera for a true capture of who they are, showcasing pure happiness and confidence as a LGBT person. His hope is that their courage and spirit would shine through to those others who could not expose their identity and be a semblance of hope to the world. Despite his fame and international spotlight, Leslie shares his journey on how he rediscovers his life's purpose and true calling from the Out In Japan project. His ultimate goal is to spread positivity, LGBTQ equality and love to the rest of the world through photography and genuine passion.
