Synopsis
Tuli (Filipino for circumcise) is the story of Daisy and her life in an isolated province. Her father, an abusive drunkard who abuses her and her mother, is responsible for the circumcision of almost all the males in town which made her hate men in general. She was also forced into a fixed marriage. Despite all these, Daisy must follow in the footsteps of her Father and become the town's official circumciser. She challenges the status quo and rebels against everything that she hates while a young man defends her. In this rite of passage tale, Daisy tells you her brutal and painful story.
