  • Vouchers: If the user previously used iOS In-App Purchase, Android In-App Purchase or PayPal to subscribe, please make sure the subscription is already cancelled. This limitation does not apply to Credit Card and Convenient Stores Payments.
  • Promo Codes: Each account can only use one promo code per month. If the user previously used iOS In-App Purchase, Android In-App Purchase or PayPal to subscribe, the account cannot redeem promo codes. This limitation does not apply to Credit Card and Convenient Stores Payments.
  • How to Check Your Service Duration: Please go to "Account Settings" in the "Member Info" to view your service period. The "Expiry Date" or "Payment Due" will be as displayed by our system.
  • Your subscription starts from the time you place your order, and will renew automatically for the subscription period (1/3/6/12 months), unless you cancel it before the next charge date.
  • You have the freedom to cancel online at any time. You must cancel your Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period.
  • You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period.
  • This plan is a one-time purchase and will not auto-renew. Your membership will revert to the Free tier upon expiration.
  • This service is prepaid. Once the purchase is completed, we are unable to offer refunds of any kind.
  • If you encounter consumer issues during payment, such as duplicate charges or failed deductions due to payment gateway technical difficulties or errors, please contact customer service for special assistance.
